Internal comms and training

Your company's internal video shouldn't live in Drive or YouTube

A Drive link can be forwarded by anyone. An "unlisted" YouTube video ends with ads from your competitors. STRIMY gives you a private space where each person signs in with their email and you know who watched what.

Internal comms and training
What it's used for

Three things you currently solve badly

Not "corporate video" in the abstract — these three concrete situations

Internal communication

Internal communication

The message from leadership, the quarterly wrap-up, the reorg announcement. Content that must not end up forwarded outside the company or turning up in a Google search.

  • Never indexed by search engines
  • The link expires when you decide
  • You can revoke one specific person's access
Training and onboarding

Training and onboarding

Hosting the training was never the hard part — knowing who actually did it is. Here you see who opened each lesson and how much they watched, without standing up a whole LMS.

  • See who finished each video and who dropped off halfway
  • The library stays available for whoever joins later
  • No ads and no recommended videos at the end
Product and sales

Product and sales

Demos, decks and material for clients or partners. Delivered on a page carrying your brand, not in a shared folder with the raw filename on display.

  • Delivery page with your logo and your colours
  • Original-quality download if you enable it
  • See whether the client opened it and how far they got
What you get

What STRIMY actually does

No showcase features — this is what you will use

Access per person

You add each viewer by email, with expiry and revocation. It is not a loose link doing the rounds on WhatsApp.

Private by default

Videos are never indexed, are served over CDN with signed URLs that expire, and can be password-protected per gallery.

HLS streaming up to 4K

Adapts to each person's connection, so it looks the same in the office as on a salesperson's phone.

Per-person analytics

Who opened each video, when, for how long and from where. That is what turns "I uploaded it" into "they watched it".

API and WordPress plugin

Public API with tokens to automate uploads from your own systems, plus a free plugin if you publish on WordPress.

Unlimited viewers

You pay for the storage you contract, not for how many people watch. Twenty people or two thousand, same bill.

The panel

All your internal video in one place

Upload, organise and share without configuring anything. It does not need to go through IT and nobody has to touch a line of code: whoever runs comms can do it alone.

  • Direct upload from the browser, up to 12 GB per video
  • Organised by department, project or campaign
  • Nothing to install or maintain on your side

Projects per team

A separate space for each department

HR, sales and product have no reason to see the same thing. Each project carries its own password, its own look and its own list of people with access.

  • Unlimited projects and folders
  • Independent password and access list
  • No cost per department or per viewer

Analytics

Know they watched it, don't assume it

The difference between uploading the training and knowing the team has done it. You see who opened each video, how much they watched and whether they reached the end — person by person, not as an aggregate number.

  • Watch time and completion rate per viewer
  • Breakdown by country, device and link source
  • Included on every plan, no add-ons

Frequently asked questions

What companies ask us before signing up

An unlisted YouTube video is still accessible to anyone with the link, runs with ads, and finishes by recommending other channels — sometimes your competitors. And you have no idea who watched it. On STRIMY each person signs in with their email, the content is never indexed, and you have the record of who watched what.

As many as you like: there is no charge per viewer or per play, only for the storage you contract. One thing worth being clear about: STRIMY has no team accounts with admin permissions. There is one account that publishes and manages, and from it you grant access to everyone who needs to watch.

Videos are stored encrypted on Amazon S3 and served through CloudFront with signed URLs that expire on their own. They are never indexed, they support a password per gallery, and you can revoke one specific person's access at any time without touching anyone else's.

Yes. You create unlimited projects and folders — one per team, department or campaign — and each carries its own password, its own look and its own access list. There is no extra cost for creating more.

Yes. STRIMY is a Spanish company: invoices are in euros, with VAT, compliant with Spanish VeriFacTu regulation and valid for your accounts. It is not a dollar charge from an overseas platform.
